I was just curious what this ammonition could be about.
I was first thinking it could have been AK ammunition, which would be a good hint who put it there. But it is Luger. Who the hell is using this caliber?
Combination of things.
“Thug culture” is big in black communities, things like drug use, rampant sex out of marriage, and having a criminal record are seen as positives amongst black youth. And since most grow up without a positive masculine influence, they likely-hood of them emulating bad behaviour is higher.
I also think it has to do with the differences in races, and culture to a degree. Europeans evolved through the societies we built and it took us thousands of years, while blacks lived in Tribal societies up until European colonisation of Africa. There is still very much tribal mentality in Africa, where fighting, and being the strongest is a source of pride and prestige and i think it’s fair to assume its still strong in Black Americans ( on average) since personality and behaviour is largely genetic, and they have only lived in European societies for several hundred years.
Average IQ of American blacks is also lower than ( interesting study by Thomas Sowell, showed that blacks who were born and raised in Germany had a higher average IQ than American blacks) that of whites and Asians, and Hispanics. Couple that with the fact that Blacks on average have higher testosterone, means the chance of the person being violent is much higher.
Blacks who try and live away from the violence and drug use are often shunned, and called coons and uncle toms, ive heard them say “You’re trying to act white”, or “you’re trying to appease the whites so they will like you” to people who try and get out of the cesspool of an environment they grew up in.
Of course there are always exceptions to the rule, most blacks ive known have not been violent, and have been well adjusted, intelligent, hardworking people, but there is certainly an issue, and ignoring it wont go away.

First of all, full auto is not very useful outside of battlefield operation. There shooting short bursts may make sense, but when we are talking about terrorizing civilians, it is just waste of ammo.
Secondly, generally in crime statistics, assault rifles make marginal impact. Pistols are mostly used. Assault rifles make headline mainly because they are connected with mass casualty incidents, but those could be as well conducted with pistols.
Who the hell uses it? People in countries with caliber restrictions, like Italy. Yes, criminals don’t care about legality of their guns, but what they do care about is availability of ammunition. Which is higher in case they use ammo that may be obtained also through legal channels.
BTW, my favorite pistol caliber is 7.62x25. Also not very common, and next to impossible to find in Germany.

I am not sure about that. Why are Blacks raised in Germany does have a higher IQ than American blacks?
That speaks against a genetic difference and for a cultural one. Getting raised in a different country doesn´t give you a different DNA.
It might be possible that they have a higher amount of testosterone on average, which clearly will have an influence if this is the case, but i don´t think that the influence is this drastic.
Testosterone also correlates positive with decision making, leadership and the ability to use abstract mathematic and thinking about a three dimensions. Which also correlates with leadership positions in society and the qualification for stem-jobs.
I mean, that explains why 2nd and 3rd wave feminism doesn´t work and that it might be even harmful to our society, female and male, but I don´t see a connection to the black community here, which should be there.

If you don´t think this is possible, then the story of the Bible must be a lie too, which means the Bible lies to you. As it claims it is the holy word and the word of truth, which contradicts with the fact in this case, that the Bible is a lie.

Because blacks who were born and raise in Germany likely legally migrated there, and are likely higher IQ than their countrymen. And since IQ is genetic, it makes sense for it to pass to their children, where as American blacks were mostly brought here as slaves.
Testosterone also makes you more energetic, and aggressive and if you couple that with low intelligence it’s a recipe for violence, since low intelligence people are more likely to make impulsive decisions.

Sure, Maria and Joseph are Biblical figures, important in Gods story. But there was no Bible back then. They started to write it down 40 Years after the birth of Jesus.
Adding God to the story (which is important in both stories), doesn´t make is less strange.

The old testament which is half of the bible predates the birth of Jesus by over a thousand years. Where references of god, and a messiah are plenty full.
Once again, i never presented the bible, or scripture as factual in this argument. Rampant sex outside of marriage is a societal issue, when it results in fatherless children who end up being raised by single mothers, who collect a disproportionate amount of welfare. I see religions as a form of ideology, ideas. Ideas should be open for critics, which also counts atheims of course.
As a liberal (which is also an ideology) I am against totalitarian ideologies. Which christianity is, as it is a monotheistic religion and I think it is harmful. Not as harmful as Islam for example, for different reasons. There are also other ideologies which are harmful in my opinion, fascism, communistm, feminism.
Some ideologies have positive side effects. Islam and Christianity for example are leading to a higher reproduction rate in a society, which can be good. Communism is leading to a more equal distribution of wealth in a socienty, while it lowers the overall productivity of a society at the same time and is very strict against other ideologies. Feminism was able to free women from opression (voting rights, rights of free choice where you can work), while it focuses only on one gender and doesn´t have any feeling for real equality (which in the end is also questionalbe on other levels)
