Okay from what i just read, and again facts may not be in order, the man pulled a gun on the officers while scuffling with them, and they have the balls to call this a murder. I just cannot comprehend the stupidity of people, they act surprised and outraged when people who pull guns are shot.
And of course most major news sources “Black man shot dead” why is there a need to specify his skin color?
the issue i have with this as in the video there is two officers on top of him even if this was the case i fail to see why they can not control him without using lethal force …would i call it murder ? no not at the present moment . but i would at this point call it shit training of how to control an individual on the ground .

Oh i agree, but i think when we watch these videos we don’t really tend to grasp what’s going through the officers minds. Officers from what ive read usually only have a few seconds to decide weather to use deadly force or not, and if the gun unexpectedly pulls out a gun and the cop is fearing for his life, he may do something drastic for his own survival.
If the cop had a few minutes to think it out, the man may not have been shot, but this happened in a matter of seconds.
this is where good training comes in , so that an officer does not think with emotion he handles it with no emotion just skill and good practice.
two officers should in my opinion have adequate hand to hand training to subdue a single individual on the floor .
had all men been on there feet . id day its clear cut the guy went for a gun but in this situation i cant really fully support the officers actions .

I suppose you may be right, but i think it’s wrong to ask them to play dice with their life. If someone goes for a weapon with clear intent of killing an officer, i fully support them doing what they think is necessary to go home to their families. Anything can happen in these kinds of situations, had the officer struggled for the gun he could have been easily shot and killed.
If you want to try and kill a cop expect to be shot. That is all I’m going to say on this.

Black lives matter actively encourages people to murder police, and they are rewarded for it by being invited to speak on all major news channels and being labeled as heroic.
