He got the highest amount of votes of any Republican nominee in history (even more than George W Bush after 9/11), and has drawn more people from the center, and even the left than any Republican probably since Reagan. Trump has also acquired quite a few Sanders supporters, because they felt betrayed by the Democratic party.
Like i said above, the other Republicans are too far right to win a presidential election in a nation starting to lean left on more things. You may think he is a clown, but that does not change the fact that none of the other Republican candidates would have had a chance in hell at even coming close to beating Clinton.
You may think heâs a clown, but the numbers support what Iâm saying. There is a still a good chance he will lose to Clinton, but the other candidates would have had zero chance. It would have been 2012 all over again.
Out of curiosity, who do you think would have had a better chance at beating Hillary?
