Troll cave II

From this year’s NATO days.

This is what a Czech prison bus looks like from inside - no windows for those doing time:

Nothing like a police carbine with a drum mag

Kids know what’s good for them

ahh the good old days of a snatch land rover . god i loved those things . just a shame an IED turns them into a fucking coke can

which is why we switched to the jackal . which is certainly not without fault . but is one mean fucking machine when it works

the bottoms is designed so that the force of the blast is forced out side ways rather than straight up sending the truck flying .

so it ends up like this

rather than this

i wouldnt want to be in either going over an IED but your chances of survival are massively increased in the jackal

We had one turn upside down during highway run couple of months ago and it didn’t end well for the soldiers.

Wouldn’t Jackal fall into the category of vehicles that are too heavy for 90% of Afghan bridges? From what I have read that was a real issue for Czech soldiers in Afghanistan.

Anyway, these never seen duty in Afghanistan, there we had these:

German Dingo. Turned up to be seriously underpowered, now they are just sitting in barracks, completely new, with no use.

All of them to be replaced by these Tatra cars:

Before Tatra arrive soldiers needed to borrow American:

And bought some of these:

And of course these beasts also did their service:

surprisingly not .

the major issue when they first came into service was simply they kept breaking down . the kit is pushed to the absolute extreme limit in the desert . driven miles upon miles each day so break downs are always common in the first few weeks/months .

but after a few tweaks the jackals are good bits of kit .

The rule used to be Tragedy+Time= Comedy, but the internet has changed things. I usually see jokes and memes rolling in a little over an hour after something like his happens.

Since you went there, we should not forget what the clock looked like.

He also didn’t even build said clock. He just ripped one apart, stuck in a suit case, brought it to school the day after 9/11, ignored multiple warnings to put it away, and refused to answer any of the administration’s or police officers questions.

The kid was a complete dumbass, and his parents are conmen. Why the media acted like it was an “overreaction” on the schools behalf is absurd. I remember someone simply wrote something along the lines “I have a bomb” on the bathroom wall at one of the highschools i went to, and the school was shut down for a day after it was reported, and the bomb squad came to search the entire building.

thats the real tragedy here . the lazy little shit

I think the real tragedy is we apparently live in a world where you can pull a fucking clock apart, put it in a suit case and be called a genius for it.
