Hired swordsmith Fink and Kornelius to go to Pribyslavitz. Been 2 days at least and they have not shown up, so do not have merchants to buy swords or a trader. I get that I am trespassing when I enter those the smithy and the trading post.

got guard house ,1200 income. top lvl Rathaus, church done, forge, baker & et al amd more. Awaiting on Zack and his stuff to do for upgrade
You’re upgrading relatively fast, building and hiring/recruiting people pretty fast? Idk how it works yet as I havnt played but if there are “missions” or checkpoints maybe you’re going too fast and the game can’t keep up? Or one task is started before another one is officially done so it bugs out?

I did ask him if he wanted the job before I had the tavern. ( forgot I did not). built it and then hired.
edit: He finally showed up…in his underwear!
