I went into the executioners hut during the good thief side quest and couldn’t get back out again. Feels like the doorway is too small and i haven’t been over-eating…
This is a known bug for many doors. Sometimes opening and closin may fix. But I’ve had this happen once to me over my 112hrs of gameplay. Had to revert to an earlier save.

Combination of wild crouching and jumping got me through such doors. And opening & closing does help sometimes.

I also got stuck at the executioners house during “The Good Thief”. What I’ve done was drop an item at The open door and you’ll be able to walk through. Turn around pick up what ever you dropped back up if of value. You won’t get stuck.
