I don’t know if any patch came out, but since today I’m unable to sprint on foot, it works on horseback just not on foot. I’m not overloaded and I can jump as normal, but sprinting doesn’t work.
I was able to run normally yesterday too.
Does the issue continue after saving, exiting and reloading the game?

No, it has already resolved itself, just reloading without exiting helped.

I’ve had this issue, too. It seems to be related to crouching. While I was in a crouched state, I pushed the crouch button while the ‘open door’ animation was playing. Henry was then in the standing position but unable to sprint. Simply ducking down and then back up fixed this issue fore me. I have been able to repeat this several times.
I can’t guarantee that this is your issues. But it’s similar to one I’ve had.
