there’s one right outside rattay. The captain will be standing right by it. You can ask him to train you in everything except for archery.

No, you should’ve found it before the nuehof quest. In the very first quest in rattay, the captain takes you to the arena to train you.

Just go to the arena again before evening.You’ll find the captain standing there. He’ll train you more. Its right outside the other gate of the city.

He does but it’s not like the real training you get from Bernard. Go to the arena before evening. Go by 10 or 12
