When you have nothing on you have the stupid under clothing which makes the bath seen stupid who wares clothes when having a bath make walking around in the buff possible

Well, it’s actually quite historical correct.
In the middle ages christians were prohibited from bathing naked and, overall, the church began to not approve an “excessive” indulgence in the habit of bathing. This culminated in the Medieval church authorities proclaiming that public bathing led to immorality, promiscuous sex, and diseases.
It’s set in 1403, things were different including personal hygiene.

The in game codex on hygiene disagrees with this for the time period this game is set in. Bathing was unisex etc.
