Hi I’ve been playing this game since its release on Xbox one X. The patch didn’t seem to do very much to help the game. It crashes, you float up in the air, get stuck in ridiculous areas, if you don’t have a continuos supply of saviour schnapps the game becomes virtually unplayable as you cannot progress due to crashes and whatever else. I paid €59.99 in Xbox store and am beginning to feel that I’ve been sold a broken product which is an infringement on my consumer rights. It should never have been released in such a bad condition. Did anyone test it before release? Consumers deserve either a refund or an apology and the game to be fixed pronto. Sincerely brian

You can refund any game, within reason, depending on your country laws and the store’s policy. The developer has already issued an apology, and they are working in a new patch which is expected to fix hundreds of bugs and apparently enters certification this week, so it should be a matter of a few days.
Even in its state its a better game than pretty much all AAA games. I can put up with the bugs, this studio will hopefully show the world that you can create games without the corporate bullshit
Seems the benefits to owning a game console (i.e. games working right off the bat and without having to fiddle with settings) are officially gone now. at least on a pc you could tweak settings and fix it yourself. damn id be pissed too if i bought an xbox one x (most retarded name for a console this side of the wii) and had to deal with this shit!
sell that shitbox and get a pc!
p.s. on pc this game is incredible maxxed out. runnin at 60fps at 1080p all the time unless im in the middle of a city, then it drops down to around 45 and honestly, i have no idea how you console players play at 30fps. i tip my hats to you guys, i couldnt do it!
It was not really a patch - more like a Hotfix
give them some time to prove themselves such a big ambitious RPG rarely goes without bugs
unfortunately there are some gamebreaking ones… they will get fixed
besides the bugs the game is outstanding

Don’t get me wrong I really like the way it looks, the alchemy, the fighting, it’s just kinda unplayable. For example I was just fast travelling to talmberg (screen froze), I decided to ride to talmberg ( got stuck on the side of my horse some weird angle and I couldn’t dismount). Reloaded the game, fast travel to talmberg speak with np can game crashes. Generally to get a quest done you need about 5 saviour schnapps as it will crash more than once along your journey.
