Is it possible to update my email? I no longer have access to the one that is on the pledge site.
Just wanted to clarify. For the Backer Rewards Profile, not the forum profile.
I too would like to know how to update my preferences but my profile doesn’t have a dedicated box for address etc. Where is the backer reward profile?
Top right of the web page in Backer Rewards. You have to sign into the profile page and then you can enter your details.
THIS has never been answered, am I expect I will never recieve my award because I don’t have access to my old school email?

Yes, but the email was grey’d out.
