I backed as Baron Digital in kickstarter years ago, is there a way to upgrade our packages to include all acts or other pledge levels? I was not in the position to do it back then but might be soon. Thanks 
Unfortunately this is not possible anymore, as the Kickstarter tiers are not available anymore.

Maybe some way for old kickstarter backers to upgrade their “tiers” to something more?
If not maybe something in the future like an ability to purchase an “upgrade” to include act’s 2 and 3 at the older kickstarter prices if you are a kickstarter backer?

Probably not. You will have to buy it newly. But we don´t have the Act structure anymore anyway.
Kingdom Come Deliverance is already bigger than it was planned on Kickstarter.
So the Act II is partially part of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and the rest will be part of the next game, with will be basically Act II+III together.
So two instead of three games.
