I’m currently stuck on a mission where I need to brew a potion, the “use” option is greyed out on the ingredients, making them impossible to pick up. I’ve tried reloading but it did not help.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix or is this one of the many game-breaking bugs?

Did you put in oil, wine, or whatever liquid is needed first? The liquid is the first step.
I did, and the game allows me to put those in, but then when I move to any other ingredient it doesn’t let me pick it up.
Well that is a bug for sure. Though you are the first I’ve heard mention this. Sorry for not being much help, haven’t had this issue myself.
