I have done All the parts of the Quest and stole the Guild seal from the merchant. Now i got back into Rattay and see the Vagabond chained in the courtyard infront of the rathouse however when i talk to him he only shows the standard skallitz refugees dialog options. Nothing about the Quest or how i should proceed. Please help
Currently bugged. But you enjoy hanging onto that seal while you can. That poor vagabond will have to enjoy the pillory for a while longer, too.
