During my game for what seemed like no particular reason, the characters walking has become this shuffled step. It happens when walking/running/crouching! I don’t know what to do. I’ve restarted the game completely and even went as far to uninstall and reinstall. It’s still happening. I was as far as meeting the scribe to learn to read when this happened the first time and now it’s happening from the very beginning of my new game. Please help!
I had to make this account solely for this reason as I’ve been struggling with this issue myself for the past few days and I’ve just solved it.
It’s probably an input issue, perhaps to do with key presses that automatically repeat. If you’re playing with a keyboard and it has a little running man on it, try pressing it a few times and see how it affects the issue. If that doesn’t work try updating drivers and unplugging any controllers. If you’re playing on a console you may need a new controller.

This fixed it. i had actually unplugged my keyboard altogether and once I tried again it worked just fine. Thank you for the responce!
