Warhorse Studios increased the saturation, just like Project RED

Those sliders in the video options of all your games must always be broken or missing in your versions? Mine always work great!

Don’t you lose quality/performance when you change the saturation there?

Saturation is fine thing. I guess, it was made fine. The game looks much vivid and intense. The old colors were fine, but… It was almost the same gamma.

Maybe @DrFusselpulli can was something about it ? Hope hes Not confirming because i wouldnt be delighted … witcher3 saturation ist way too much for my eyes-.-

The Witcher 3 saturation is also too much for my taste.

Perhaps this person playing the game went into Nvidia control panel and used the settings from there and set to how they like it.

Perhaps you could do exactly the same.

I mean. If I want I can make my games black and white. Saturated / unsaturated.

P.s the sky is falling down.

Just comparison from two trailers…

The second is brighter

I would not compare the gameplays like this. It can always be different if a person downloads the game in different settings to Youtube. But what doktor1 showed here are trailers which show even some changes to environment and textures.
For example Markvart von Aulitz is looking to side in older while to front in newer. There’s grass and stone sticking out in the field in older while both are not there in newer.
But mostly what I think is, those two comparisons are PC and Console trailers, not the same thing, because they toned down consoles a bit with some effects. They even cut some flora away from PC version due to performance issues.

well well, here you can see it: Put up saturation just a little and they will give you the PG18 rating… Bad world.

So true; when Battlefield 1 was testing their night maps, the community wouldn’t stop bitching about how dark it was

They deffinitely ramped up saturation and I like it.

Unlike Witcher 3 (or Witcher 2 btw) they didn’t overdo it. Sometimes Witcher 3 color palette was pretty absurd. The sunsets looked like a goddamn nuclear explosion.

I don’t know, but the game started to look better with saturation.
