Have you dealt with SaaS vendors? There are segment leading vendors that roll out changes you didn’t request and don’t want. some bugs get introduced not unlike here (bugs that evoke ‘WTF did you do? Have you ever heard of regression testing?’). They disrupt your 
(operations) under the guise of offering you a service (hence software as a service). And, then they want to charge you to implement and/or be trained, again on that feature you didn’t want or request. Etc. etc
WH is trying, and most importantly Daniel is owning the release announcements (iow, management is invested in the changes). This might not be the most effective way to manage but it’s an encouraging sign. When Daniel goes silent (without a designee) is when KCD users need to sweat or surrender

Dont want a refund, just want my sanity back. This game got more bugs than Vampire the masquerade-bloodlines, at least I finished that game 9 times.
