Way to Edit Stats?

Is there a way to cheat to increase stats? I was considering starting a new playthrough of the game, but the idea of having to level up Herbalism and a few other skills from the beginning stopped me.

From what I found, no one has worked out console commands to edit stats. And the only Trainer I saw for stats charged money.

Who needs herbalism when you got coin?

For one, it’s a good way to to level up your main level. For another, at high level herbalism you can get a tidy profit of herbs pretty quickly, just by picking from a dense patch every so often.
