So I have been playing the same save since before the last ps4 patch…1.4.3 I think it was? I’ve now got close to 120 hours on this save…I have seen a total of 0 wayfares. No faint hearted knight…nothing. the last save I played I saw them all the time but this one nothing. I don’t fast travel anywhere I travel all hours of the day and night. I get lots and lots of foes, bandits and cumans. Oh and a drunk guy that keeps trying to attack me but no wayfares. Not even the dead body in the road where someone accuses you of killing the corpses. Is this a known issue? Or just me? It doesn’t really bother me as I’ve got best armor and sword maze etc in the game but it’s just a part of the game I wouldn’t mind doing. Even just for the extra combat.
I have the same problem, tons of bandits but no neutral wayfares.
Hmmmm. I want to fight the faint hearted knight so I can take all his stuff slowly lol starting with the sword. Just makes me giggle that I can beat him and then throw it in a bush in front of him so he can’t have it and I don’t need it.
Vanilla PS4 player here. Started a new playline after the patch, got plenty of wayfarers. Even more than usual.
You need to fast travel. I am on PS4 Pro and had the same problem when I wasn’t fast traveling. Once I maxed out my horse skills I started to fast travel and now I get wayfarers.
I play ps4 also.
I’ve been encountering wayfarers but not so frequently. I saw the feint hearted might once only but didn’t fight him because I wasn’t well equipped and low combat levels, haven’t seen him since.
Hate to say you have some bug because anytime someone has a hard time with this game, they immediately assume it’s a bug but it seems you might have some sort of bug.
I really don’t think fast traveling has anything to do with it and it might be a bug due to me starting the gave file on 1 patch then updating to another? It don’t bother me as I’ve missed a few missions anyway so will more then likely restart after I’ve completed this one as much as I can
