with a whole different Machiavellian mechanic (Lady Stephanie on steriods) , maybe. it could be interesting. if done, absolutely couldnât/shouldnât be a destitute, oprhaned daughter of a blacksmith, but a member of a family of standing in Bohemia. thatâs a completely different game though
I whould love to play as a Female, but it just donât fit in here i think. And i will be to much work to put it in after release. New Dialouge will be needed etc.
Women werenât popular in that time, of course because of the culture, you barely canât find a representative female warrior, however, women had more impact in other fields, i.g. Anne of Bohemia, she wasnât a warrior but her legacy was quite interesting

yeah I absolutely agree⊠I have nothing againts playing as female⊠it just shouldnt be a warrior character. If it will fit to the history I will enjoy it.

Sir, please calm your man boobs. If you want this game to be more historically correct I completely agree. I think we should able to buy a marriage from a father. Women in this game have way too much freedom as would be historically correct. You should be able to call one a witch so she burns at the stake. This game is full of SJW fake history.
To my knowledge neither Joan of Arc, nor Isabella actually physically fought. Joan of arc was more of just a moral booster. Canât speak to the other names, but iâd be skeptical they were actually âwarriorsâ.
Im appalled by the sheer sexism in this community. How would you explain Ronda Rousey or Brienne of Tarth?

@Aleah , please read carefully, as an egalitarian (A person of the purest form of equality.) I do feel games should be inclusive, depending on the type of game. Now before you go in saying KCD Devs are pure sexist, please know this, Theresa actually stood up to the bandits that knocked Henry out. Not only that, Zora takes over Neuhof Stables after Smil gets murdered. Let us not forget the Bathhouse Wench who turns down Hans and Henry because she is a decent person. Let me also include the men and women who fought back bandits at Merhojed. And then there Johanka, the medic, the moralist, the woman with a heart of gold and soul of fire; who cares for the sick and needy.
As you can see, women did have an important part in the game. They got shit done. When the church full of men didnât help the wounded and sick, Johanka dedicated her time to it. When Neuhof got RICKROLLEDANDREKT, Zora took charge and gets Henry to convince Divish to keep the business going. Two important gals right there. If you donât beleive me, play the game.
Even more so, YOU LITERALLY CAN SAVE THERESA FROM BEING RAPED!!! ((Even though most people are pussies and donât. You can like some of us do.)).
This all being said. 1403, Bohemia, in this small region; female knights were not a thing. That is what people are saying. This game is meant to be historically accurate. Itâs a Simulation Game, not an action RPG super memelord Skyrim LULZ game people derp out over constantly nowadays. This of this game as an interactive Time Travel game, where you go back in time and experience some of the culture of this specific place in this timeframe.
Now before you froth at the mouth and say Iâm sexist, two questions: How many women have you aided to support their rights in third world countries. How many victims have you provided support to either legally or counseling? Youâve insulted a lot of people here who support equal rights and EXPLAINED that. You also continue to simply cry sexism without properly reading what people are saying and ignore the reality of the subject matter. I suggest you calm down and learn to be more rational and understanding. You ignore everyone who literally support equality but understand the game is set as a Historical Simulation.
So if you feel the same after what I explained, either youâre too young to think rationally, or youâre a troll.

Why would you need a female character? Would men complain if we where forced to play as a female character⊠NO, so please stop complaining and enjoy the game.
yes, Rousey . that says it all. put Rousey in 14-15th century Bohemia and she might be able to destroy many males. problem is. will she even be given the chance in a patriarchial, medieval society to fight with and among knights/lords. ⊠at a minimum iâd expect a âcut the tall poppyâ (syndrome) situation ⊠an Aussie (etc) expression for when the conspicuous are cut down because of resentment, jealosy, etc
