I know I have Book I, but are II and III separate? Any idea as to what they will cost once released? Do we get a discount because we pledged? And, most importantly, what are they?

All three acts should contain a story about saving a king Wenceslaus IV.

They will be three separate games. Kinda like Assasins Creed stories (same engine, same technology, same staff “mor or less”, different games). Each one of them will be a price of the full game.
