What are these symbols?

Hi,

Can anyone tell what these symbols mean? I cant eat or drop anything, and the yellow in the circle has not moved in a log time. is there any place that shows a list of these types of symbols? I have searched everywhere and cant find anything on them.

I think it means to hold the button down and when there is no yellow arrow i think it mean to just press it. If that doesn’t work try it the other way around.
