I recently bought the $50 option on the website and now im wondering if we keep the same version as we did in the website, or do we have to purchase it again in the summer or the intial release date?

I am not really catching your logic here.
If you paid for it, you paid, and thats it.
You will surely not be forced to pay again.

With the $50 pledge (Baron Digital Tier) you paid for the final Act 1 of this game, or should i say the game developed right now. As a bonus for your trust in the team you get access to the alpha and beta version.
If Act 1 is released and a success the team will continue the development and Act 2 and hopefully Act 3 will be released, but these two Acts are NOT included in your pledge. So if you like Act 1 and want to find out how the story progresses you have to pay for Act 2 and 3 separately.
