I just found something what should’nt belong in the medivival time. Can someone explain? How do you get up there?

Where is that?
Back in the Alpha and Beta, the smaller map was fenced in with modern-day barricade fences, and traffic cones. This is an Easter Egg for the backers. 
As to how to get up there…how often have you tried getting blackout drunk?

So you’re telling me to drink so much at this spot to get unconscious.
Doesn’t have to be in this spot. If you drink until you blackout, you will wake up in a random location. One of the places people have woken up, is up in that tower with the chest and the traffic cone.
It used to have a ladder, I have a picture of my self up there, I think it was after first update he ladder to the traffic cone was removed
