I’m new to this forum and wasn’t sure which category to post this in, so please correct me, if I’m wrong 
I’m currently doing all side quests and upon doing the ones in Rattay, I’ve stumbled on a problem. The quest “The Kings Silver” is supposedly unlocked by talking to Sir Radzig in Rattay, but I can’t find him anywhere. Some page mentioned that you have to be at a certain point in the main story, so that may be the issue, as I’ve put that on hold for a very long time (I’m currently at the point where you have to find Reeky in Ledetchko). So does anyone know when exactly you can initiate this quest?
