From norway. Got the box last week. Got the letter containing the customs fees today. 205 NOK in taxes for norway, 197 NOK to DHL for handling it. That means 402 NOK in fees for a package with “statistical” value of 818 NOK, which I’m guessing is based on what I pledged? The game is currently sold for 400 NOK on steam. Those are some pretty expensive trinkets, though I guess I would have had to pay tax on the game in any case. If you make another game, maybe inform people before you send it (though I suspect you didn’t know?). Or mark the package with the actual value of the contents. Personally I would have tossed the trinkets and physical copy and paid taxes for the digital copy of the game. 400 NOK is about 41 euros.
Gonna wait until you iron out the bugs before I take another go at the game. What the frack.
