Where do i buy new bow's and arrows

Where do I buy new bows and arrows? I’m stuck with this villiger on i stole near the start of the game

In Talmberg there is a huntsman on the eastern side of the castle. Sells a ton of different bows and arrows

Where is the huntsman? I’ve gone around the entire castle and haven’t found him

There is 1 in Rattay near the northeastern side of the castle. There is also 1 southeast of the lodging in Talmberg

There is also a huntsman in Rattay not far from the upper castle.
