I can’t seem to find the chest anywhere. I am looking everywhere by the Rattay church. I checked the Parish Priest’s residence but the area was restricted and the chest was no where to be seen only locked chests. Can someone help me out? I need these items to complete a quest.
it’s in the presbytery (stand alone building) in one of the rooms in locked chest. you will have to trespass to obtain
But I am horrible at lock picking. Also the priest spots me as soon as I get close. So what now?
night time, you’ll get busted. go during the day. and if you don’t have the drunk lockpicker perk, get it
on console (PS4), it’s the only reliable way for me to be able to pick all the very hard locks. hate this KCD design intent (get drunk… therein losing some motor control… to improve fine motor skill enough to pick a lock). much prefer FO joystick feedback instead of this perk and what it implies (to be great at lockpicking one needs to be somewhere between inebriated and shitfaced)
Alright I will give it a shot. It is stupid though that there is no legal method of getting the items.
some lost items are ill gotten anyhow (eg grave artifact)… so it’s kind of a bargain with the devil for your goods
