anyone know where to sign up for the alpha ??
from what i understand if you haven’t pledged at a Baron level or above then you won’t get alpha access. otherwise if you have pledged you’ll get a PC code in your email once it’s available. i’m sure i’ll be corrected quickly if i’m wrong but pretty sure i’ve heard this reiterated by the team multiple times.

and i believe beta is still up in the air as to whether it will be on consoles… but the final game is being developed for next gen (xbox one, ps4).
you sign up by going to that pledge button now follow these steps carefully dont get lost here
- click pledge
2.scroll down the page till you see "BARON TIER DIGITAL "
you’re still following right ,good . now

look just to the right of it where it says pledge …good lad …click it

scroll down the page
5.click "back this project "
6.now type in all your lovely details .
thats a good boy now for the final steps -
take out your debit/credit card . or run downstairs using your sneak ability take your mums one (not advised , difficultly level : extreme )

type in your name or your mums depending on what route you’re taking here . in the "card holder " box

in "card number " put that big long number on the front in there .
10…expiry date …when the card runs out goes in here . -
NOW turn the card over and on the far right of that white strip should be "THREE " numbers that is your security code …type it in
now confirm your payment

The alpha is Windows-only.
So when is the alpha being released? I heard it was September of October?

As I understand this - alpha is Windows based, but you get the access no matter what final game platform you choose, it’s only backing-dependant. E.g.: Alpha for Windows, then final game for Xbox One.

As long as you chose to buy the game for XBONE that’s correct. No alpha for console, but if you backed for a console and are baron tier or higher, you get alpha access.

Do you have to back the game prior to alpha release on Oct 22 to get in or can you pledge later than Oct 22 and still get in at that time? Just trying to figure out if you absolutely have to pledge before that date or can you jump in at anytime after that.
I’m assuming that as long as you pledge at a level that would give access, you will be able to get access at any time prior to the beta, at the very worst. Once the beta is out, there won’t be much point in having the alpha any more.
You can jump in everytime you want. The moment you’ll pledge you will get access to the game in its respective current state.
