If you stay infront of the Rathaus. Go left around the house . There is a Door. Go in and in the next room you find a kitchen. One Door leads to the Armor.Seller the other to the cellar…

Guy just gets out of bath and there are no marker on a map or any information what to do. I am stuck too had to load game and not to take quest. Guy in a bath doesnt say anything about wine and I cant speak with him again after I get out of bath.
- Open this door and go in
2. Take the right door
lockpick that door…there is the cellar from the Rathaus…

so we are suposed to find UNMARKED DOOR…lockpick those not knowing if they are the RIGHT door…and hope theres some vine behind them…GREAT…Iam here because I just spend 20 minutes running like idiot and looking for the right door…i would not in all heavens presume I DONT have the key for the door…so Iam basicly stealing the vine even tho having zero information about it…I thought of waiting to day because at night everything is locked but I CANT because it would probably cancel the quest or fail it…so again…NOT the best thinking when making this task…
EDIT: OK now I tried it…its too much level of lockpicking hmm…ok automatic failure on the quest then …
just go to the door others screenshotted for this thread, then go further, to right, go up the ladder. The door will have ‘unlock’ option if you took the key from the chest at the bath place. Then you will encounter a guard and after a bit of chat you can go pick wine.
I was looking at the key in his chest and there was only STEAL options…and it wasnt even labeles like wine cellar key…so labeling in this game is really badly done…his key named after him is more likely to be from his chest or his room… very very bad … not intuitive at all … I already failed this quest, and moved on… I supose cant do it againt…
All his stuff has steal option but the key is in the first spot and can be taken away without stealing. And that’s true not only for the part with going for wine, but even earlier when he’s telling you to get naked and leave your stuff in the chest
