Random encounters are a great way to quickly boost your social status with Soldiers of particular factions.
I know where the Talmberg, Samopesh, Merhojed and Sasau Hold-Up encounters are.
However I’ve yet to find the Rattay encounter involving Rattay guards.

On the map there are three battle spawn points (14,15,18)
where sometimes Rattay guards are involved.
Not sure about BSP 16, can’t remember atm wheter there are Sasau or Rattay guards?
But sometimes there are battles bandits vs bandits or bandits vs Cumans only.

its interesting to see which battle locations are more active after each patch
at the moment it seems to be 17, 7, 10 and 2 that are the most active
on the previous patch 07 seemed to have a holdup every time you went through it which was great because it meant loads of free stuff from killing all the NPCs

So I’ve gotten the 14 and 15 BPS to work but I cant seem to get #18 to activate 
Before I used the “Battle-Zone” Mod I had no idea that at 18 there is Battle-Spawn-Point.
Seems without such mods we will see some action there very seldom … so try and try again.
