I have the big problem, that I cannot find belladonna at all. I need it to craft saviour schnapps. And the alchemist just have 3 or 4 to sell (when he have them at all). I was hours in the forests and outside searching. But for Christs sake, I didn’t even find 1!
I would really appreciate your help, thanks a lot
Apparently it’s in the woods to the west of Rattay where you search for nightingales. Haven’t found any myself yet.

I heard it is in the woods. Was searching for a long time. In the shop, he just have like 5 of it and Zou need 2 for one saviour schnapps. It’s getting little bit annoying because I don’t accept to pay over 100 groshen for 1 schnapps.
This MIGHT help, belladonnas a cheeky little plant with hardly noticable purple flowers kind of drooping. It blends in really well so here’s a picture to help give you an idea. https://imgur.com/a/HPZly

I found some in the ‘Woodland Garden’ just south-east of Vranik, on the opposite side of the stream. It will come up as a site of interest and appear on the map as a flower icon. I wound up with 9 belladonna from the garden, among other plants.

It can be found outside Rattay, but to the south(and possibly southeast). I’ve found 8 so far. If you find the “boar hunting spot” and comfrey, you’re in the right place. It is very sparsely spaced however. It’s possible it’s to the west as well and I just missed it.
I found a heap in the woods directly south of the baker in rattay, when you find heaps of white flowered plants that I can’t seem to pick thn your in the right spot
And I suggest that when you find some you stand back and take a look at it to try and memorise it cos it blends in so well with every other plant
There are lot of belladona in the forest garden which is north from Merohjed

In the woods, same woods that you go hunting with capon. I found some there. they are more rare than sage for example.
Found 2 great spots so far :
Near the abandoned mine’s little campment (where you can found two bandits in the “Finding Ginger” main quest). It’s in the woods nears the north charcoal’s campment, right between Rattay and Talmberg, south of the river (the career makes an arrow shaped down clearing on the map). Its south-southeast of the career.
There are around 30-40 belladone here, maybe more.
The biggest spot I found, with around 90 belladone is the far east of Rattay, right next to the south charcoal makers camp (first one you visit in the Ginger quest, east of the river) ; simply take the little path behind the burned chariot south of the campment, wich lead upwards to a burnt campment (marked as “interesting spot” or something) ; right near are plenty of belladone, I got more than enough for the whole game I think… ^^

The area where you go for “A Bird in the hand…” quest has lots of belladonna. I picked up about 200. I had enough bane potions to poison around 300 better piercing arrows(ran out of fly agaric). 1 shotting enemies is so nice.

An even easier spot to find a quick handful is literally right outside the door of Miller Peshek’s house. Walk out the door, turn slightly to your right and walk just past the big woodpile to the grassy area behind the tanner’s house. There are six belladonna plants right there just waiting to be turned into Savior Schnapps.
You can do this the moment you wake up after burying your parents. And since you start the game knowing the Savior Schnapps recipe, you can immediately walk up the hill to Rattay and brew yourself up some Savior Schnapps with which to start your game.

More than enough for your entire playthrough can be found just outside Skalitz. If you back track the way you went during the Run! quest, past the trail you used to escape the town, there is a bunch of belladonna growing on the slope between the road and the town, before you start working around to the town entrance. Most of it is before the small group of abandoned buildings you encounter on the right hand side of the road.
There is also a little right outside the town entrance.
I collected it all during the first return to Skalitz, before meeting Runt. I’ve never run out.
