So when you are no longer in Skalitz where do you get lockpicks? I have mission that require me to lockpick a chest but no idea where to find lockpicks, have checked all stores I come accross, and noones have it
The trader in Talmberg castle (Voltara?) has some.
Search for millers, they have lockpicks und you can sell stolen goods.
I can’t even ask any millers, all millers I find Henry just automatic ask about if they need any workers then conversation ends. And still not found any stores that sell lockpicks, I really can’t see the fun in spending days(in-game ofc…) to find lockpicks when so much in this game require lockpicks…

Im back to this problem now… The trader att Talmberg don’t have any and I get no trade options from any of the millers…

Did you solve the two quest from the Miller in Rattay (Peschek)? After solving them you should be able to trade to all millers…
Bandits and Cumans drop lockpicks. I have 70 lockpicks 
You have to finish Pešek’s quest first (which consists of unlocking one chest). But you can ask Pešek to learn you how to open locks - he will give you a few lockpicks for free. Try not to destroy them during the tutorial. Then you can use them to the chest in executioner’s house. After you find the ring and return to the Pešek’s friend, you will unlock all the thief options among the millers.
