The Code from Kickstarter is already useless now. Please register on www.KingdomComeRPG.com and you will be recoginized via email if you use the same email as on Kickstarter.
If you already used another email here in the forum as on Kickstarter, please use this email instead at the registration on www.KingdomComeRPG.com and just tell me about your Kickstarter email via PM, I will link your accounts in this case.
