Hey guys,
So I’m hanging out at the bathhouse with Hans Capon and he asks me to fetch wine at the cellar of the rattay town hall. The problem is, the only cellar i’ve ever seen there is the dungeon.
Where do I need to go?
On a sidenote, I also cant find the docment that the miller wants me to steal, despite picking every lock in there that isn’t “very hard”. So if you have pointers here, too, i’d be glad. 
Hey, for the cellar:
I would say there are 2 ways to do it - 1) Take key from chest in the same room where Hans is - Don’t worry, he won’t attack you for “stealing” the key
2) Lockpicking (It is hard / very hard lock IIRC)
The location of cellar - Get in front of the town hall and go around it from the left side, once you get to the back, you will see stairs that go up into a door. There it is.
Notable fact: Do not try to skip time, you will fail the quest.
Spoiler PS (this quest only): I had a guy down in the cellars, it looks like Private Property, but the guy did not care up until the point when I took the wine. Do not try to knock him down to “ensure” that he does not see you, that is the easiest way you can lose money I’ve done.
Thanks! By “same room Hans is in”, I guess you mean the bathhouse? I have pickpocketed everyone at the town hall (they are all asleep) but checking Hans stuff in the Bathhouse didnt occur to me 
And yeah, the door is “very hard” so lockpicking is not an option right now
Yes, in the bathhouse, in the chest you put your clothes in.
Tried the same thing after reading up on this mission. Problem was, I didn’t have a torch and couldn’t see the hand in front of me. Anyways, when I was rustling inside the door wearing what I could describe as a walking alarm system (read: armour and stuff with a total of 100 in noise) not only 1 guard came through the door, but 3. And they did not like me being there. Needless to say, that hurt alot.
So, in the end I just gave a rats ass in the mission, and sallied forth. Hope I didn’t screw anything up by not finishing the mission, e.g. not having any more missions with Hans… If so I have to reload back MANY hours, and that would vex me more than… alot of nasty things.
