White flickering squares Bug

Hello everybody
i recently install the dlc from the ashes and start the game for the first times since maybe three months.
Now i got little white squares flickering all over the screen. Ive already reinstall the hole game and change every graphic setting i could. Without success. KCD is the only game with those problems in my case. Anybody with the same problem? Thanks for your help.

Radeon RX Vega 64
Ryzen 2700X
16GB DDR4
Win 10

Nobody with an idea or similar issues?

No, I don’t have that issue. However, I’ve had similar artifacts with older games and graphics cards. In those instances it was because the graphics card was dying from thermal overload. That said, artifacts such as snow can be caused by numerous things. The card might not have a good driver installed. The card might not be seated correctly, or a pin might have some gunk on it. Electrostatic discharge during the install might have zapped a mem chip or other component. Output voltage/Wattage on your PSU might not be correct or sufficient, leading to too many or too few amps for the card. Might also help to move the GPU to a different slot.

This engine and game are taxing on graphics cards. It’s not unsurprising that you might not run into these issues on less demanding games.

Strange… I could play the hole game without any issues before. But thanks, i will take a closer look.

Sorry…can’t help you…just want to say: NICE SETUP

Thank you

Try newer graphic driver.

Temporarily remove any overclocking on graphic card, including graphic RAM.

DISABLE shader cache in profile for KCD…

Not sure if it will help, just steps I would try in such case. (AMD FuryX here)

I already uninstall and reinstall the latest amd graphics drivers. I dont use any oc for the graphic card…only the powercolor oc mode of the vega 64. But i will try to disable the shader cache. Thanks for your advice!

If it will persists, try different AMD graphic card if you have any. If your GPU is new, it might be hardware issue, but its very hard to determine - best way is to use different hardware for cross-reference.

i have this also, eandom, from time to time.

Ive deleted the shader cache but it doesn’t help.

Problem solved…It was the graphics card. Probably vram. I got other issues in games like Far Cry 5. After i replaced the graphics card everything works fine again.

Try to put it back, no overclock, but add a bit voltage. Just a bit, like two steps it allows.

No need. I got a new vega 64 (warranty)
