I think for Daniel and Viktor it will not happen, because for 3D scann they need to cut the beard!

No, beard and hair are additional. It is a extra (handmade) step in NPC design. 
Oh yes, I can easily imagine that. I’ve read that a great technique of rendering can create 3D models from photos, it’s called “Photogrammetry”, I don’t know if this system requires a lot of money or equipment, but rendering is just exceptionnal.

It can do a great work in reproducing real places, antiques etc… This technique is used by DICE in their games like Battlefront or Battlefield.

I believe Viktor was already in Operation Flashpoint? Would be cool to kill him in the games, almost 20 years after killing him in the first game (OFP). No offense, if he reads this

Hahaha, yeah…with a giant bow, his arrows will be Zweihanders…forest is dangerous at that period…some are talking about giants who eat lone fellows…who dare adventure themselves deep inside during the night! No magic, no dungeons, no dragons…but hey…a giant Dan is possible…!
