Who wrote the story for KCD?

The leading developer Dan Vávra, who is responsible for Mafia and Mafia 2 stories.

At least the first Mafia had a very good story. The second felt a bit unpolished. But I think his dev diary has already proven that he didn’t feel happy about big publishers at all so I guess that was the issue why Mafia II (for me) didn’t feel so intense.

Actually Dan left the Mafia II team in the middle of development because he didn’t like demands of publisher.

The story of the Mafia II felt like there were parts cut out of it, dunno what really happened, though it was still a great story and I liked the main characters a lot. Hope that the story here will be at least as long and deep as Hellboy wishes.
