I am not sure if its a bug, but I am receiving a debuff to my stats, and I have no idea why. I took a screenshot of the situation. making sure to strip everything i had equipped:
Nothing in the Buffs tab?
Did you look in the buffs tab?!?!
Also, dont you have some perks that lower your stats to gain another one? Like for speeching or something (I dont remeber it perfectly but perks like +2 speech -1 str -1 dex and so on 
What about prison? Prison can give you debuff and you can just have some bug with icon Give us more infomation pls!

I checked the buff and debuff tab. Nothing else is displayed there that isnt displayed on this screen. I have not even been imprisoned this playthrough: and that also would have shown up on my screenshot in the top right. I have also avoided all perks that penalize stats as i feel they generally aren’t worth it.
I don’t know what other information I could provide that would be relevant, which is why I am asking.
weird… maybe its a bug… need more people who can confirm it

Did you tried it to sleep it off? Restarting game? Loading game? What was last thing you was doing?
Probably as @SirNero said, some perks you choose boost your skills while lowering others. Have you chosen any as such? Take a look at your perks again
Is this after you load a Schnapps save? After you load a Schnapps save you start to be drunk… with debuffs…
there is icon if you are drunk But ++ for that answer. Sometimes its even good to have perks that boost you when you are drunk coz that potion
Actually I just realized I’m getting the same issue as OP. Playing on PS4, but I have lowered strength, agility, and speed even when I strip completely naked. No debuffs, no drunk/hangover statuses, and I’ve avoided the +- perks.
Anyone have any tips?
