There are many pics that WH showed the wagon running and we can trace them on road by the marks ( like in this pic). But why we haven’t seen anything in game?

They’re all over the place. I’ve seen tons of wagons.
They’re all wrecked of course… apparently medieval Czech drivers are the worst.

the topic is a question and that was my answer…
I figured that part out. I chose to ignore it.

But this is a common thing, it seems, amongst RPG set in pseudo medieval worlds: carts and wagons are only decoration. at the very most visible in a cutscene or two, but never part of the ->living<- world.
I think if WH try to make activity wagon like Assassin Creed Origin, medieval world is more interesting. Still hope they will fill it in DLC
sure would be more interesting. But I have yet to see wagons and carts in RPGss…heck, even in Anno series games there are no carts and wagons
Wagons, carriages or any kind of this is a need in game, and related gameplay and RPG mechanics, like merchants travelling, bandits assaults, mounted horseman escorts, nobleman travelling, etc.
Even some “fast travel” in game with Henry hiring carriage and container to transport heavy loot, chances to be assaulted or robbed by bandits etc.
I think this will eventually added, via DLC or something.

War wagons were a vital part of Hussite Wars so not to add simple trader/farmer wagons now (KCD and its DLC) would be unfortunate

There are carriages in one cutscene and it was portraited on many pictures too so I guess they already worked on it.

Carriages? Hell the only horse I’ve seen rode on was mine and during the beginning of the game. That’s it.
