The only way to receive patches is purchasing via Steam or GOG Galaxy.
If you purchase a retail version of the game you are SOL on getting patches.
If you are unable to patch the game, with the numerous bugs it has you will find yourself stuck on several quests unable to advance likely in the first 8 hours of game play.
When will this gaming industry get back to quality releases? - When we stop buying their products.
I found on website that had patches up to 1.3.2, but not the newer ones……. Something Warhorse needs to address.

Well, I got the game as a hard copy, but also linked it to my steam account.
So I get updates and patches frequently.
However, I totally see the issue. It would be nice to have an option for non-steamers, to go to, say, the warhorse or KC:D website, and download a patch manually.
I purchased on Humble and get patches as anyone else.
