Using the blacksmiths kit doesn’t even clean it!

Why would you want to clean the blood off? I want that fear factor in everyone when they see my weapon is a mass of blood with some kind of metal object embedded in it.

agree with op, if nothing else at least should be able to use up a bandage to wipe it clean.

Cleaning bloody weapons should be doable with a bandage, it doesn’t even have to use up the bandage entirely, just decrease its condition like some of the bandages that can be found on dead npc’s.

it’s a rep marker. with blood, it means you’re a stone cold killer and you’re flagged accordingly
Why can’t you do it with blunt weapons too??
You can clean them all with a weaponsmith kit too.
I wouldn’t use a bandage with blood from another guy on it!!!
After playing a few hours I can usually throw myself dead with bandages…so use up completely should no prob imho
