I f you might have read my other posts you might have noticed I did mention having a good CPU mobo and DDR ram. If you are going that far why not a better card for other than KCD?
OPs CPU is fine for just about every game.
RAM-if only a single stick- should be upgraded to two sticks of RAM so they can run in ‘dual channel’ mode.
Its really just that video card has not much grunt and is generally good for hardware decoding a video stream and alleviating system memory from double dutying as desktop display (eg most onboard graphics).
A 630 is an odd card for gaming; generally they might go in a home theatre pc. MANY cheap second hand video cards for less than the cost of a game that would double/triple/quadruple the machines ability to play games.
Nvidia 630?- i imagine intel graphics would get be approaching these levels of performance.
This seriously shouldnt be a contention-has nothing to do with KCD.
A 750ti is seen as the PS4 equivalent/budget card (years ago).
A low tier six series part isnt a contender.
Even a gtx 460 is likely to outmuscle them… thats a pretty old gaming card.

You have been told why it wont.
An nvidia 630 (irrelevant if it has 1gb/2gb/3gb/4gb or 64gb of ram) is a very weak graphics card for 3d gaming.
When it was first sold, it will have confidently played older games (including crysis 2 and 3).
Those games were designed for older generation consoles.
Fair to say games that run on older consoles will run well on it.
KCD doesnt run on an xbox 360.
End of discussion. Your graphics card isnt close to minimum spec for this game.
Given a 750ti second hand isnt worth bugger all (or twenty other cards with ps4 equivalent grunt), wasting time talking about why a $40 video card isnt worth purchasing for one game etc is silly.
If you want complex games ye need capable hardware!-
So whats the verdict : Is your RAM configuration comprised of one stick or two sticks of RAM?
One stick will limit the RAMs capability, noticable in games like KCD.
A second stick of 8gb ddr3 @ 1333 is worth about as much as a video card that would smoke your present card… and both together would be the cost of a game…
Maybe spend the money rather than complain that a non gaming system (below modern games requirements) should magically punch above its weight.
Your processor is strong. Memory (if made up of two sticks) is acceptable.
A nvdia gtx630 is used for playback of video streams and webgraphics etc. As stated it will play games of xbox360 era easily enough…

You have to develope some commercial software (learn C/C++/C#/Java/D/Assembly Language/etc, your IDE) to get an answer why optimization is not so good as you expected. As I said above it requires a lot of programming skills and time to implement.

The game has been optimized very well in 1.4 and 1.5. How that is badly optimized isn’t logical at all.
