Wierd quest on Xbox popped up a slew of random letters and dashes

Is this a bug or hidden code or a hidden codes quest? It happened after I turned in the 10. Pages for OVID.

I think thats a bug, I got it too, reloading and handing in the pages again did not prompt the same response.
