Will Alpha Quests SPOIL the GAME?

Dear WH, very serious question I got:

I don’t want to spoil my main game when it will be ready.
Question: Are alpha-quests the same for main game or you made them specially for alpha?

I don’t know the answer, that’s why I don’t play any quests in 0.4 (know there are majors 5 of them)

They are very small side quests, so even if they were in the final game (and my guess is most of them won’t), then they wouldn’t spoil the story in any way.

I’m pretty sure it’s been mentioned that none of the alpha quests in their current form will make it into the final game. However it would be safe to assume that similar quests will indeed be present.

As @Freix mentions above, no significant story related quests are a part of the current alpha. So you’re not going to spoil anything by playing through and testing the games developing mechanics

This would obviously change come beta release. But that’s much later this year…

Next year is a better guess I think, given the current state of the game

Beta is scheduled for later this year

Final game is scheduled for 2016

You keep believing on that?
The game was scheduled to Christmas 2015, but are we going to play in then? No…

IMO KC:Deliverance will be pulled out to mid 2017 and I am completely OK with this as long as devs could keep their Kickstarter promises

I feel the same. Even if they ARE small side quests in the final game, I would feel like they aren’t special anymore. My mind is so programmed to completing them over and over. I would rather them not be in the final game at all.

It might be slightly delayed, but it is very unlikely it will be so long delay, you are ignoring the most important factor - money. They are not Blizzard, they have very limited budget, they can’t just develop it as long as they want. I’m pretty sure they can’t afford 1 more year of development over the plan.
