If you bought the disc version it depends on where you live, DHL is sending the game out.
From my experience people outside of EU might have to wait a bit, but as I get it thw discs are sent out alread

yeah just check on the 12th if the code is already there, but you can only play it on the 13th if you got the digital version
Could you possibly link me to where they tell us we are getting the codes on the twelth?
I Got this game FOUR years ago, and it is now one working day away from release, and Warhorse Studios have not contacted me once to tell me when or specifically how to get the game!
It is quite worry-some if I will even get to play the game upon release, despite supporting the game for 4 years.

I also wonder how I will get this game. I changed my pledged from knight to Viscount last year, and I still have the knight badge here.
I cant link you that but they try to get preload going so I suppose we could get the key on the 12th
but Its not sure, I’m just saying you can already check if the key is there maybe it will be there on 13th
Ah, now the automated call I got from DHL saying a package is on the way for Monday and someone will need to be there to sign for it makes more sense.

Seeing 2 days on the website homepage seems kind of surreal after 4 years
I don’t know about the PlayStation buy on Xbox you are able to play the game at 10pm on the 12th but download times will be 5 hours or so with the new update

So bad news, I got the DHL package yesterday and it contains PC copy of game instead of PS4

I had my profile info correct. Since my pledge level included Soundtrack and Poster, they shipped me those along with the PC version via DHL and they additionally sent me PS4 version via USPS. Two separate packages.
I received the DHL package (which came from Czech Republic) on 12th (Monday) and I received the USPS package (which came from NY) on 14th (Wednesday).
I just had to wait an extra day past the official launch date to get my PS4 copy
