Now that modding tools have been added to the game will the Game of Thrones total conversion mod continue? Because development for the mod has been cancelled cause without modding tools it was really hard. So does anybody know anything?

Indeed so! If you look at the post where the author of the mod wrote: Seven Kingdoms (Game of Thrones)
You can see that he has restarted the project. Can’t wait for it!!
