So I just kept staring at a loading screen and realized the armor there isn’t in the game.
Is there a chance we can get armor like this?

In the future DLC & updates maybe. I think the developers still focusing on fixing the bugs and optimizing all platform right now.
There kind of already is…
I mean, the only thing in this artwork that isn’t in the game currently that I can tell, are those helmets. The knights helm looks to me more like a mid to late 15th century Sallet (which obviously would not be period accurate for the game). And the Cuman helm is a Shishak / Chichak tear-drop style helmet with some plumage. You can find at least two examples of the Shishak in game currently, however none of them are adorned with any plumage / feathers or other detailing (other than the captains helmet with face mask). Nor do they have any aventail type arrangement
Hopefully down the track we’ll see a greater variety of period accurate weapons and armour
I think we already have that one in the artwork(except for the sallet I suppose). What I found lacking however was long or knee length gambesons/arming doublets and somesuch like what Sir Radzig wears. I hope we get some of those.
I guess Cuman caftans work well for now, full high end gear is too OP anyway:
