Win10 Prefetch/Superfetch with KCD?

I don’t know if it is a Bug or a normal System behavior…
But after every Game Start the game get’s more and more laggy…
I’ve got only 8GB Ram so I looked in the Taskmanager and I saw …

I’m quite sure this is the Prefetch/superfetch Feature from Win10…but now there is not enough Ram for the game left…(No error, Game starts…but System is using the PageFile :frowning: lag…)

I also noticed after I quit the game this Process is eating more an more Ram…
Could it be possible to exclude KCD game files from prefetching?

Otherwise I have to reboot my Pc before I can Play the game…

This happens with just about everything in Windows 10. Nothing you can really do about it it seems besides rebooting the PC frequently and waiting for Microsoft to fix it though who knows when that will be, this bug has existed since the beta.

Sorry, I’ve found the reason…This happen only if my Antivirus Programm (Kaspersky) is ON…
After I stoped it, the System Process went to normal state…

So the game is absolutly fine…

Topic can be closed…
