Hi, I installed the game on Windows 7 home and the game does not start (firstly I get an intro with story background and then black screen with a not in upper right corner saying “work in progress” ). Is it me doing something wrong ? what might be the reason ?

Does this happend on both of your computers?
on one only. On the other with Windows 10 it works perfectly.

Hi there.
If you are running Win7 make sure you have SP1 installed.
Another problem could be your graphic card (especially if it is AMD one) make sure you have latest drivers and you might even want to try beta drivers.
Apart from DxDiag there should be a kcd.log file in your game directory, which might come handy for us.
